Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Site Manager to lead end‑to‑end operations at our multi‑site manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for driving performance, safety and compliance while developing a high‑engagement team.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for end‑to‑end site operations, performance and administration.
• Lead, inspire and develop site teams to build a strong, engaged and safety‑focused culture.
• Drive operational planning and execution to achieve production targets and KPIs.
• Oversee maintenance and reliability of plant, equipment and infrastructure.
• Champion best‑practice safety, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of quality control and operational discipline.
• Ensure the site operates in full compliance with regulatory, environmental and permit requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an automated manufacturing or production management role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams in an operational environment.
• Strong working knowledge of production processes, quality control, sustainability and safety standards.
• Demonstrated ability to drive productivity, improve workflows and optimise site performance.
• Confident communicator with the ability to engage teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid problem‑solving and decision‑making skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with operational reporting.
