Surface MPU Operator (FIFO Perth)

About the role

Dyno Nobel is seeking an experienced Surface MPU Operator to join its FIFO roster based in Perth. You will operate Mobile Processing Units (MPU) to produce high‑quality emulsion‑based explosives for on‑site blasting, while supporting maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑start checks and weekly inspections of MPU assets.
• Operate MPU vehicles to deliver bulk explosive products safely.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Support explosive‑related activities and share knowledge with clients and crews.
• Build strong customer relationships and uphold professional standards.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience operating Mobile Processing Units.
• Commitment to a safe, inclusive and high‑performance workplace culture.
• Valid HR licence – Manual Synchromesh.
• National Police Clearance.
• Dangerous Goods Security Card and Dangerous Goods Driver’s Licence.
