Services Account Manager (Security)

About the role

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Services Account Manager to lead its Brisbane Security Service Team. The role partners with the Branch Manager to drive service delivery excellence, develop technical teams, and ensure commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of security service technicians.
• Drive operational performance, meeting service delivery and financial KPIs.
• Manage maintenance contract schedules, backlog reduction and service execution.
• Conduct customer reviews, identify improvement opportunities and oversee contract renewals.
• Plan workforce, allocate resources and monitor labour and material costs.
• Support technician development through coaching, training and performance management.

Required profile

• 5+ years experience in security, building services or related technical services.
• Background in service operations, maintenance, installations or field services.
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience, or ambition to step into a first leadership role.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing service contracts.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and analytical skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and project tracking tools.
