ServiceNow Business Analyst – Melbourne

About the role

Infosys is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to join its consulting team in Melbourne (with potential work in Sydney). You will partner with clients and internal stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives on the ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and discovery sessions.
• Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and source‑to‑target mapping.
• Conduct As‑Is and To‑Be process analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops with business, technology, operations and product teams.
• Manage requirements traceability and change‑control processes.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers, architects, QA teams and business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business analysis and stakeholder facilitation.
• Strong understanding of process analysis and digital transformation concepts.
• Ability to produce clear documentation and manage requirement lifecycles.
