Service Reporting and Continual Service Lead

About the role

The Service Reporting and Continual Service Lead will own the creation, governance and enhancement of service performance reporting for Infosys’ clients in Australia. Working from our Sydney office, you will translate operational data into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement across IT services, suppliers and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain service reports, dashboards, KPIs and improvement registers in line with the SIAM operating model.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, timeliness and relevance for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Service Level Management, Service Owners, Supplier Management and Process Owners to identify improvement actions.
• Lead governance processes and provide insights that support service quality and customer experience enhancements.
• Monitor and report on service maturity and operational performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in service reporting, performance measurement or similar roles within an IT services environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to convert data into business‑focused recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of Service Integration and Management (SIAM) concepts.
