Service Duty Manager – Front Office (Melbourne)

About the role

The Service Duty Manager at Pullman East Melbourne ensures seamless front‑office operations and delivers exceptional guest experiences across our iconic hotel. You will lead a team during your shift, uphold service standards, and act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Front Office Manager in daily department management and ensure efficient shift operations.
• Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Promote the Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme to maximise guest engagement.
• Implement strategies to boost productivity, morale and team performance.
• Maintain a flexible 7‑day roster, including mornings, evenings and overnight shifts.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a Front Office Supervisor or Duty Manager role.
• RSA Certificate (mandatory) and C‑class manual driver’s licence (preferred).
• Well‑presented with a positive, professional attitude and a passion for hospitality.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Opera hotel property‑management system experience (desirable).
