Service Branch Manager

About the role

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Service Branch Manager to lead its Service Operations team in Brisbane. You will be responsible for driving branch performance, business growth, operational excellence and customer success while leading a talented technical team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute branch strategies that support sustainable growth, operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Drive profitability, productivity and operational efficiency; manage budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and use feedback to improve service delivery.
• Lead best‑practice business processes to ensure safe, efficient and high‑quality operations.
• Lead service and systems sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Ensure the branch is appropriately resourced with people, tools and capabilities; support workforce development and succession planning.

Required profile

• 8+ years’ experience in HVAC, BMS, building automation, mechanical services, facilities management or related industries.
• Technical qualifications in HVAC, Refrigeration, Building Automation, Electrical or Mechanical disciplines.
• Proven experience in service management, operations management or project delivery leadership roles.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, financial performance and operational outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship‑building skills.
