Service Advisor - Multi-Franchised Dealership

About the role

A well-established, multi-franchised new car dealership in the Ipswich area is looking to add a Service Advisor to its busy service department team because of rapid growth. The dealership offers modern, comfortable facilities and a friendly working atmosphere where strong performers are appreciated. The service department opens one Saturday morning each month.

Required profile

Ideally candidates are mechanically qualified and have solid previous experience as a service advisor in a franchised dealership environment. Applicants must be physically located in Australia and be Australian or New Zealand citizens or hold a permanent residency visa. A resume must include an address so commuting requirements can be assessed.

• Solid previous experience as a service advisor in a franchised dealership
• Strong people-handling, organisational and computer skills
• Total reliability and a desire to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
• Thorough knowledge of warranty requirements

What we offer

• Retainer of up to $65k depending on previous experience, plus superannuation
• Commission structure
• Car allowance of $6,500 per year
• Overtime pay for occasional Saturday rostered work
