SEO Specialist – Full‑time in Melbourne

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our award‑winning, progressive digital marketing agency in South Melbourne. The role is permanent, full‑time and focuses on delivering data‑driven SEO strategies for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, review and analyse SEO opportunities across a large client base.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO website audits and keyword research.
• Develop and implement on‑page optimisation tactics.
• Design off‑site optimisation strategies, including link building and analysis.
• Manage and track the progress of SEO campaigns.
• Analyse competitor SEO strategies.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest developments in search, analytics and digital marketing.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and explain technical issues clearly.
• Highly organised, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, capable of working both independently and within a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑moving environment.
