Shines Digital is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to drive performance for its diverse client base. The role combines campaign management, strategic insight and customer success to deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Paid Search and Social media campaigns for client accounts.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with customers, ensuring high‑quality service and clear communication.
• Analyse market trends and performance data to generate actionable insights and exceed ROAS targets.
• Create and manage realistic campaign timelines, setting expectations and reporting progress.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support account‑management duties and contribute to overall agency growth.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of hands‑on experience managing Paid Search and Social advertising campaigns.
• Detail‑oriented, motivated and able to work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to take on additional account‑management responsibilities.
