SEO & AI Discovery Manager

About the role

King Living is seeking a commercially‑minded SEO & AI Discovery Manager to own and optimise organic discovery across search engines, AI‑driven platforms and social ecosystems in seven global markets. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you will shape how the brand appears in the next era of search.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global organic search and AI‑driven discovery strategy.
• Build keyword, entity and topical authority frameworks for all markets.
• Optimise structured content, metadata and entity signals for LLM platforms such as ChatGPT and Gemini.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives covering site architecture, indexing, crawlability, rendering and Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with Content, Product, UX and Technology teams to embed discovery requirements from brief to publication.
• Manage the global reviews ecosystem to drive trust, conversion and visibility.
• Track KPIs including organic revenue, non‑branded traffic, share of voice and AI visibility signals.
• Monitor AI‑driven discovery trends and translate insights into actionable optimisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO and emerging AI discovery channels.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive measurable growth.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills.
