Senior UI/UX Designer – Marketing & Campaigns

About the role

We are a fast‑growing marketing and UX/UI agency looking for a senior designer who can split their time between user‑experience work and advertising campaign creation. The role blends landing‑page optimisation, eLearning platform design, and go‑to‑market creative for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Design and iterate landing pages with a focus on conversion and user experience, from wireframes to high‑fidelity UI in Figma.
• Create static and animated advertising assets for paid social, display, and print channels.
• Develop go‑to‑market campaign collateral, including social, display, and launch materials.
• Lead UX work for an internal eLearning platform, covering information architecture, user flows, prototypes, and post‑launch refinements.
• Work within existing brand guidelines and contribute to new brand identity elements when required.
• Hand off designs to developers and stay involved through implementation.

Required profile

• 5+ years designing platforms, software, websites, landing pages, or web applications.
• 3+ years experience with design systems.
• 3+ years creating advertising or marketing campaign creative.
• 5+ years of daily use of Figma.
• Proven ability to produce production‑ready files in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge of After Effects or Premiere is a plus.
• Intermediate conversational English.
• Formal qualification in design, graphic design, visual communication, UX, or a related field.
• Availability to work during Colombia business hours alongside a Colombia‑based team.
