Senior Transaction Banking Specialist – Business & Private Bank

About the role

The Senior Transaction Banking Specialist will partner with Business & Private Bank teams to deliver tailored transaction banking solutions for new‑to‑bank SME and D&SI customers. You will act as a trusted subject‑matter expert, helping clients improve efficiency, security and digital adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with relationship teams to design and implement payments, cash‑management and professional‑services solutions.
• Lead high‑quality client engagements, prepare compelling pitch materials and support migrations to digital channels.
• Educate customers on cyber‑security best practices and digital self‑service tools.
• Provide market and industry insights, especially around digital trends and cyber awareness.
• Support the upskilling of relationship teams to build confidence in transaction‑banking products and processes.

Required profile
