Senior Territory Manager – Fall Protection & Safety Solutions

About the role

3M is seeking a Senior Territory Manager to drive growth of its fall protection portfolio across New South Wales. You will manage a territory of distributors, contractors and end‑users, delivering product demonstrations and training to improve workplace safety.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed NSW sales targets for fall protection solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans, identifying new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, key end‑users and industry specifiers.
• Conduct product training sessions, demonstrations and site‑based evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal technical, marketing and product teams to deliver customer‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven record of results.
• Strong business development and account‑management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout NSW.
• Experience selling PPE, industrial or safety products is highly regarded.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline and customer management.
• Ability to deliver technical product demonstrations and training.
