Senior ServiceNow Engineer

About the role

The Senior ServiceNow Engineer will design and deliver best‑practice ServiceNow solutions for our clients. Reporting to a Solutions Architect, the role focuses on the design and delivery phases of engagements while also supporting pre‑sales activities. This position is based in Sydney and requires a deep, up‑to‑date knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery of robust ServiceNow solutions, ensuring high quality and successful customer outcomes.
• Guide engagements from scoping through design, development, and delivery.
• Provide pre‑sales support and contribute to brand promotion when required.
• Participate in ServiceNow and customer events attended by Coforge.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional Agile teams.

Required profile

• Significant experience in ServiceNow administration and development.
• Proven ability to influence and consult stakeholders, presenting options with pros, cons, and risks.
• Demonstrated history of delivering best‑practice ServiceNow implementations.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Current legal right to work in Australia.
