Senior SEO Specialist

About the role

We are a Brisbane‑based digital agency seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead advanced, AI‑driven search optimisation initiatives. You will shape strategy, execute technical and on‑page SEO, and drive organic growth across client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical audits, keyword and intent analysis, and site architecture optimisation.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools and automation to enhance search visibility, Core Web Vitals, and Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO).
• Collaborate with content, development, and digital marketing teams to deliver integrated search campaigns.
• Produce performance reports using GA4, Google Search Console and other analytics platforms.
• Stay ahead of evolving search trends and platform updates, experimenting with innovative SEO techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of specialised SEO experience covering technical, on‑page and content optimisation.
• Strong understanding of AI‑driven search, automation tools and emerging SEO technologies.
• Proven ability to design and execute organic growth strategies.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
