Senior Safety Advisor

About the role

HazardCo is seeking a Senior Safety Advisor to bridge the gap between legislation and practical compliance for residential construction operators. You will join an established safety advisory team, providing on‑site guidance and supporting the digital safety platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑focused advice on health & safety legislation, regulatory obligations, standards and best practice.
• Provide practical, site‑specific solutions and troubleshooting for construction teams.
• Contribute safety subject‑matter content to HazardCo’s blogs, systems and digital resources.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for cross‑functional peers in commercial and customer‑success teams.
• Support strategic relationships with key customers, advisory bodies and regulators.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in WHS (e.g., Cert IV or equivalent).
• Experience in high‑risk industries, preferably residential construction; experience in manufacturing, supply chain or infrastructure is also considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
• Self‑driven, growth‑oriented mindset as the business expands.
