Senior Regional Sales Executive – AI & Digital Engineering

About the role

A global, publicly listed digital engineering consultancy is looking for a senior enterprise sales executive to build new business in Australia, selling AI, data and digital product transformation to ASX200 organisations. The role is based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane on a hybrid remote basis, with an OTE of $300k-$350k.

Key responsibilities

• Sell revenue-generating digital platforms, AI and data transformation programs, and modernisation of legacy technology into scalable ecosystems.
• Win net-new enterprise logos, with a focus on financial services and retail.
• Own the full sales cycle and sell directly to C-suite executives such as CIO, CDO and CTO.
• Move deals away from staff augmentation toward outcome-based, value-based models.
• Help build and scale the ANZ sales function over time.

Required profile

• Proven enterprise hunter in digital consulting or transformation.
• Strong understanding of AI, data platforms and cloud ecosystems.
• Comfortable selling complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Entrepreneurial, able to work with ambiguity and build from scratch.
• Bonus: network across FSI, retail, healthcare, government and mining in Australia.

Required skills

• Databricks, Snowflake and AWS experience preferred.

What we offer

• Base salary of $140k-$180k plus superannuation.
• Year 1 OTE of $300k-$350k.
