Senior Project Manager – Water Infrastructure

About the role

AECOM is seeking experienced Senior Project Managers with a water industry background to lead upcoming water infrastructure projects in the Hunter region of Australia. You will oversee multi‑million to billion‑dollar programs, working with multidisciplinary teams and major public and private sector clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of major water infrastructure projects, managing scope, schedule, cost and risk.
• Coordinate diverse stakeholder groups including clients, contractors, consultants and government agencies.
• Ensure project governance, procurement processes and project controls are applied throughout the lifecycle.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (or equivalent) with 10+ years of project management experience in major infrastructure, preferably water.
• Proven success delivering complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial, contract, cost, schedule and risk management capabilities.
