About the role
Turner & Townsend is seeking a technically strong Senior Project Manager to lead MEP projects within its Adelaide Building/Technical Services team. This role is ideal for professionals with 5‑10 years of experience delivering complex mechanical, electrical and plumbing projects.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of technical building services projects, focusing on mechanical, electrical and controls systems.
- Manage design and delivery of MEP works in live, operational environments, ensuring safety, quality and performance.
- Develop and grow Turner & Townsend’s technical services offering across client portfolios.
- Oversee project governance, reporting, change control and procurement activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of autonomous project management experience in MEP or design consultancy.
- Tertiary qualification in engineering or relevant construction discipline.
- Proven ability to manage full‑cycle delivery from feasibility to handover.
