Senior Program Manager – Program Director (SAP)

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP Senior Program Manager to lead large, multi‑stream SAP initiatives for a Federal Government client in Sydney. The role will own planning, delivery, coordination and stakeholder management for SAP Application Management Services (AMS), Application Development (AD) and related projects.

Key responsibilities

• Program governance – oversee end‑to‑end delivery of SAP projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality are met.
• Client management – engage IT and business stakeholders, provide regular updates, gather feedback and identify incremental opportunities.
• Scope management – interpret statements of work, ensure contractual delivery and negotiate scope changes as required.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks across multiple SAP workstreams.
• Risk management – continuously identify, assess and mitigate project risks.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing large SAP programmes, preferably for government clients.
• Strong track record in stakeholder engagement, governance and risk mitigation.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and contractual scopes across multiple workstreams.
