Senior Manager – S&OP Transformation & Optimisation

About the role

The Senior Manager – S&OP Transformation leads people, process and system projects to improve cost, service, productivity and forecast accuracy across the ANZ zone. Working with technical and functional leads, the role builds a best‑in‑class S&OP and logistics organisation aligned with the company’s ambition to be the preferred supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑own S&OP strategy development and deliver $21M savings (Project Optimus) with the S&OP leadership team.
• Drive change management, adoption and KPI dashboard ownership across zones.
• Lead S&OP CAPEX projects – design, plan, implement and manage change within budget and timelines.
• Negotiate contracts with key suppliers to optimise cost and best practice.
• Standardise sustainable processes and tools, streamline S&OP operations and facilitate knowledge exchange.

Required profile

• In‑depth knowledge of supply‑chain management, S&OP logistics and industry best practices.
• Proven project‑management experience delivering large‑scale logistics programmes.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence senior stakeholders.
