Senior Linux Server Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Linux Server Administrator to provide high‑quality operational support for both Linux and Windows server environments. You will ensure system reliability, drive automation, and collaborate across teams to continuously improve our infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consistent operational support while meeting defined KPIs and SLA targets.
• Provide advanced technical support for Linux and Windows servers, including infrastructure management and optimization.
• Enhance and maintain high‑availability environments, focusing on Pacemaker/Corosync clusters and architectural challenges.
• Proactively monitor systems, manage incidents, and conduct root‑cause analysis (RCA) for outages and performance issues.
• Lead automation initiatives using scripting and configuration‑management tools to reduce manual effort and improve stability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to standardize processes and improve operational workflows.
• Prevent escalations by ensuring high customer satisfaction and operational resilience.

Required profile

• Strong experience in Linux and Windows server administration.
• Hands‑on experience with high‑availability clusters (Pacemaker, Corosync, etc.).
• Expertise in incident management and L3/L4 troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to perform detailed RCA and implement corrective actions.
• Experience working in SLA‑driven environments.
