Senior HR Business Partner

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner will join the Labor/Employee Relations Centre of Excellence at NCR Voyix, supporting business units across Australia and APAC. This role combines HR generalist consultancy with the deployment of global HR programmes, ensuring compliance and fostering a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR generalist support and consultancy to NCR business units in Australia and APAC.
• Deploy global HR programmes, including onboarding, exit formalities, statutory compliance, performance management, headcount planning, and retention initiatives.
• Analyse HR data, maintain internal benchmarks, and support organization‑design projects.
• Facilitate the Performance Management Programme and provide coaching to managers and employees.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, manage labour‑relations matters, and partner with legal counsel on grievance and reduction‑in‑force activities.
• Champion change initiatives, develop succession plans, and drive retention strategies.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR generalist or specialist roles, preferably within a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Australian and APAC labour legislation and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage employee‑relations issues, including harassment, discrimination, and redundancy processes.
• Excellent advisory and consulting skills, with a track record of influencing managers and senior leaders.
