About the role

ANZ is seeking a Senior Home & Investment Lending Manager to join its Royal Bank branch in Melbourne. In this full‑time permanent position you will guide customers through the home‑loan and investment‑property financing process, helping them achieve their property goals.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the local market.
• Coach clients through the home loan journey, delivering an exceptional experience.
• Drive new business by converting leads generated through ANZ’s marketing and activity programmes.
• Collaborate with capability coaches to develop personal lending expertise.
• Contribute to ANZ’s growth targets in the Australian home and investment lending market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in home or investment lending, preferably at a senior level.
• Deep knowledge of the Melbourne property and mortgage market.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to meet performance and growth targets.
