About the role

ANZ is seeking experienced Senior Home & Investment Lending Managers for multiple permanent, full‑time positions across Brisbane. The role focuses on helping customers save for, purchase and own residential or investment properties while contributing to ANZ’s growth in the Australian home‑lending market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners in the local market.
• Assist clients in securing home and investment loans, guiding them through the application process.
• Drive loan pipeline growth by leveraging ANZ’s marketing initiatives and lead generation activities.
• Collaborate with capability coaches to enhance lending skills and business opportunities.
• Contribute to improving turnaround times and service quality within the lending operation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential or commercial lending at senior or executive level.
• Deep knowledge of the Brisbane property market and lending regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow a client portfolio.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
