Senior Finance & Administration Manager

About the role

Linde Material Handling, part of the global KION Group, is seeking a Senior Finance & Administration Manager for its Malaga office. The role oversees commercial and financial performance for the Western Australia and South Australia branches, partnering closely with sales and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commercial and financial performance of WA and SA branches, achieving budget and profitability targets.
• Lead sales support, ensuring accurate preparation and timely processing of contracts, rental agreements, and customer orders.
• Conduct business and financial analysis, providing recommendations to improve branch performance.
• Oversee branch asset management, stocktakes, and reconciliations, supporting service teams.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Sales and Transport Administration professionals.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CA qualifications highly regarded.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar finance or commercial management role.
• Experience managing multiple P&L accounts across different locations.
• Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and understanding of key business drivers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel regularly between WA and SA.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
