Senior eCommerce Manager – ANZ

About the role

YETI is seeking a Senior eCommerce Manager for the ANZ region to drive digital growth and deliver an exceptional omnichannel experience. Reporting to the Commercial Country Manager ANZ, you will shape strategy, lead a high‑performing team, and own the full P&L for online sales.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the eCommerce strategy aligned with business objectives, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Manage end‑to‑end digital operations, optimise website performance, and lead CRM and loyalty program initiatives.
• Set and achieve KPIs such as conversion rate, average order value and customer retention.
• Expand digital sales channels, including direct‑to‑consumer sites and B2B portals.
• Develop and oversee digital marketing across SEO, PPC, email, affiliates, display ads and social media.
• Integrate digital and offline channels for a unified omnichannel experience.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate eCommerce platforms with business systems and drive enhancements.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies (AI, chatbots, AR/VR) and assess their impact.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading eCommerce teams and managing full P&L responsibility.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, working with marketing, operations, IT and finance.
• Track record of delivering measurable growth in online sales and customer engagement.
