Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Mable, a fast‑growing Australian healthtech platform, is looking for a Senior Analyst, Data & Insights to place data at the heart of product and business decisions. You will work in a high‑growth environment, partnering with product, engineering and design teams to turn complex data into actionable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute data‑driven analyses to solve complex business and product challenges.
• Conduct exploratory analysis, uncover trends, test hypotheses and explain the underlying reasons for observed patterns.
• Build and maintain dashboards that surface key metrics and performance indicators for all stakeholders.
• Assess new product features and operational changes through rigorous split‑testing.
• Translate data insights into clear, compelling stories for non‑technical audiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX designers and business teams to influence decisions.
• Prototype data‑science services and work with data engineers to scale solutions.
• Define data implications of upcoming product features while ensuring privacy and security.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience turning data into actionable insights that drive decisions.
• Self‑starter with strong initiative and the ability to work autonomously.
• Collaborative mindset and confidence partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Tableau or similar data‑visualisation tools for building impactful dashboards.
