About the role

As a Senior Customer Care Representative at Stryker, you will act as a trusted partner to customers, resolving complex enquiries and ensuring healthcare professionals receive timely support.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries and provide professional, timely support.
  • Handle complex requests, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of enquiries and see issues through to resolution.

Required profile

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer‑facing role such as customer service, healthcare administration, retail or hospitality.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Full working rights in Australia and genuine interest in healthcare and medical technology.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM, ERP or customer service platforms such as Salesforce, SAP or ServiceNow.
