Senior Business Banking Manager – Commercial Broker & Origination

About the role

As a Senior Business Banking Manager you will drive new customer acquisition by building and maintaining relationships with brokers, real‑estate agents, accountants and business owners. You will help grow ANZ’s funds under management by delivering comprehensive business finance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and leverage a deep network of broker and professional relationships.
• Drive a structured weekly operating rhythm to sustain strong sales momentum.
• Use data and insights to identify and engage potential and existing customers.
• Make cold calls as part of the acquisition strategy.
• Collaborate with internal ANZ stakeholders to solve complex financing problems.
• Deliver excellent customer outcomes and experiences.

Required profile

• Proven business development experience with a focus on commercial outcomes.
• Experience in credit assessment and portfolio management.
• Ability to plan, organise and execute sales initiatives.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
