SAP Employee Central Lead – Time Off

About the role

Infosys is looking for a dynamic and highly experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead – Time Off to drive EC‑related projects, continuous enhancements, and innovation initiatives. The role goes beyond operational support, focusing on strategic improvements, functional design, and shaping the future of EC capabilities in partnership with HR and IT leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the functional expert for Time Off and Time Tracking modules within Employee Central.
• Lead workstreams and support design, configuration, testing, and deployment of EC, Time Off, and Time Tracking functionality.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into solution designs and configurations.
• Configure time tracking, time types, time accounts, work schedules, accrual rules and calculation logic.
• Set up workflows, business rules, permissions and eligibility rules following best practices.
• Maintain leave balances, perform adjustments, and ensure accurate integration with Employee Central, payroll, and external systems.

Required profile

• Strong functional depth in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off and Time Tracking.
• Proven leadership capabilities and experience leading HR technology projects.
• Passion for driving digital HR transformation and continuous improvement.
• Ability to collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders at senior levels.
