Sales Specialist, Professional

About the role

JDE Peet’s is seeking a Sales Specialist (internally called Account Manager) for its Professional (Out‑of‑Home) business in Western Australia. You will spend most of your time on the road hunting new accounts in the Clubs & Leisure segment while also nurturing existing customers in Hotels, Healthcare and Café segments.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively retain and grow existing customers through early contract renewals and strong relationship management.
• Execute the Territory Journey Plan with regular visits, ensuring high service standards, coffee quality, and brand excellence.
• Identify up‑sell, cross‑sell and promotional opportunities in partnership with customers and marketing.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce, ensure contract compliance and collaborate with Accounts Receivable.
• Achieve sales targets by delivering agreed objectives across each sales cycle and maximising territory performance.
• Generate new business by prospecting, qualifying leads and converting opportunities.

• Comfortable with a high‑frequency travel schedule and on‑site customer engagement.
• Self‑motivated, able to take total ownership of a territory.
• Effective communicator who can share wins and learnings with the team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for account management and reporting.
