About the role

The organisation is a global leader in building infrastructure and digital solutions, seeking a Sales Director to lead its national commercial division. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the sales strategy, drive regional expansion and embed a data‑driven culture across the team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute national sales strategies focused on market‑share growth and post‑target acceleration.
• Implement analytical, data‑driven processes using CRM and project databases to monitor pipelines and market trends.
• Identify and pursue large‑scale, non‑traditional commercial opportunities, including strategic expansion into renewables via major distribution networks.
• Leverage macro‑property trends to grow the commercial footprint in residential and commercial high‑growth segments.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing sales organisation to consistently exceed budgetary targets.

Required profile

• Senior‑level leader with a proven track record of driving strategic growth in large B2B or industrial sales divisions.
• Highly analytical mindset with experience using data analytics to uncover pipeline gaps and inform decisions.
• Strategic thinker capable of spotting macroeconomic shifts and restructuring high‑value corporate accounts.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a history of building strong senior stakeholder relationships.
