Sales Coordinator

About the role

An established national business is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join its Brisbane team. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will support customer enquiries, coordinate sales activities and help run the day-to-day sales function. The role suits an organised, customer-focused person who enjoys building relationships and managing several priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries and customer requests
• Coordinate and qualify sales leads
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales data
• Prepare quotations, presentations and sales documentation
• Support customer follow-up and relationship management
• Coordinate meetings, events and sales initiatives
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
• Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders for good service delivery

Required profile

• Experience in sales support, customer service, administration or coordination
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, adaptable and customer-focused approach

Required skills

• CRM systems (Salesforce is ideal)
• Microsoft Office
