Sales Consultant – Retail Furniture

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join Plush’s Crossroads team in Casula. In this position you will combine product expertise with outstanding customer service to create memorable experiences and drive sales of our premium sofas and furniture.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service that showcases the Plush sofa experience.
• Use product knowledge and selling techniques to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
• Complete sales orders and internal documentation accurately for timely processing.
• Maximise revenue through room‑solution selling, add‑on sales and upselling.
• Work with the Showroom Manager to maintain visual merchandising standards, correct pricing and overall showroom presentation.

Required profile

• Previous sales experience, preferably in furniture, jewellery, cars, luxury goods or similar high‑value items.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to receive feedback and a growth‑oriented approach.
• Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
