Sales & Client Experience Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a driven and personable Sales & Client Experience Coordinator to join our boutique luxury proposal and event planning studio in Perth. The role combines inbound client sales with outbound B2B partnership development, acting as the first point of contact for enquiries and converting leads into bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email and social media, responding promptly and professionally.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings, following up quotes and proposals in a timely manner.
• Guide clients through service packages, tailoring options to meet their needs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and task‑management systems and ensure smooth handovers to the planning team.
• Identify, approach and build relationships with potential partners such as venues, jewellers and hospitality providers.
• Develop and manage a referral partnership network across Perth.
• Represent the company at industry and networking events and support outreach as the business expands nationally and internationally.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, customer service or a client‑facing role.
• Confident, professional verbal and written communication.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems and social media platforms.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and eager to grow with the business.
• Background in events, hospitality or luxury services is desirable but not essential.
