Residences Manager

About the role

Mondrian Gold Coast, a luxury lifestyle hotel in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, is looking for a Residences Manager to run the residential side of the building. As Principal Licensee, you will be the face of the Residences for owners, lead the residential concierge team and manage the building's residential operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the leasing and rental of residential apartments as Principal Licensee
• Keep the property compliant with Queensland property, tenancy and safety legislation, and manage contracts, rental agreements and tenant documentation
• Act as main point of contact for apartment owners and manage tenant relations
• Lead and train the residential concierge team, from personal assistance to event coordination
• Deliver resident benefits such as 24-hour onsite security and access to the pool, yoga garden, BBQ area, lounge and function spaces
• Work with hotel management to integrate shared services and give residents access to hotel amenities
• Coordinate maintenance and run regular property inspections to keep the building at luxury standard
• Manage residential budgets and report on occupancy, financial performance and operations

Required profile

• A current Queensland Real Estate Agent's licence and the ability to act as Principal Licensee (essential)
• Proven experience in luxury property management, residential operations or a similar leadership role
• Track record of leading and inspiring service teams
• Polish and confidence with high-net-worth owners and residents
• Experience in mixed-use or integrated residential and hospitality developments (highly regarded)
• A full Australian driver's licence

• Strong knowledge of Queensland property and tenancy legislation
