About the role

We are looking for remote recruiters to join the RecXchange platform and source candidates for live global vacancies. You will work independently, leveraging your existing network to place talent and earn a fee for each successful hire.

Key responsibilities

• Access and review active client roles posted on the platform.
• Identify and submit qualified candidates into the hiring process.
• Collaborate with other independent recruiters when needed.
• Track candidate progress and receive placement fees upon successful hires.

Required profile

• Current or former agency recruiters seeking additional placements.
• Freelance recruiters building their own business.
• Recruiters between roles who want to continue billing.
• Professionals with strong candidate networks and sourcing experience.

Required skills

• Understanding of recruitment processes and client requirements.
