About the role

Key responsibilities

• Browse and select from live global job openings on the RecXchange platform.
• Source, engage and submit qualified candidates into active hiring processes.
• Collaborate with other independent recruiters when needed.
• Track candidate progress and ensure successful placements to receive fees.

Required profile

• Current or former agency recruiters seeking additional deals.
• Freelance recruiters building their own business.
• Recruiters between roles who want to continue billing.
• Professionals with strong candidate networks and proven sourcing ability.

Required skills
