About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our personal development and e‑learning organization as a remote, independent contractor. You will help attract and guide talent looking for rewarding career moves while supporting the growth of our online programs and live immersive events.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and refine digital HR systems and operational workflows.
• Engage prospects via phone, email, and online channels to promote our learning programs.
• Participate in weekly planning and leadership Zoom sessions.
• Drive measurable outcomes through accountability and high performance.
• Take on leadership opportunities as the business expands.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, operations, leadership, business, or education.
• Proven ability to build efficient systems and deliver results.
• Strong communication, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑driven, able to work independently and achieve outcomes.
• Genuine passion for personal growth, leadership and continuous learning.
