About the role

This is a self‑employed, remote position focused on business development and personal development within an established framework. You will work independently while benefiting from proven programs, systems and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Follow a clear onboarding and operational structure.
• Hold focused phone or video conversations (no cold outreach).
• Participate in weekly group calls with the professional community.
• Create and publish simple marketing content such as social media posts.
• Learn and apply basic digital‑marketing techniques, including paid ads, with training provided.
• Use predefined workflows and follow‑up routines.
• Engage in continuous personal leadership development for your own growth.

Required profile

• Experienced professional (not a student or intern).
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks.
• Available to dedicate approximately 10–15 hours per week.
• Open‑minded, growth‑oriented, and accountable.
• Positive, grounded, and easy to collaborate with.
• Resides and invoices from Switzerland, Europe, the UK, the USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand.

Required skills

• Basic digital‑marketing knowledge (including ad platforms).
