Registered Nurse – Telehealth & Case Management (Sydney)

About the role

International SOS is seeking a Registered Nurse to join its Sydney office and provide telehealth and case‑management support to a global client base. You will work within a nursing‑led team, delivering medical advice and coordinating care for patients travelling or living overseas.

Key responsibilities

• Work 5 shifts per fortnight on a rotating 12‑hour roster (7 am‑10 pm).
• Provide front‑line telephonic triage and medical advice to international clients.
• Liaise with overseas medical professionals to obtain assessments for hospitalized patients.
• Assess standards of care and advise on travel after illness or injury.
• Arrange medical evacuations and repatriations as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years hospital nursing experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Australian Nursing Registration without conditions.
• Experience in Emergency, Critical Care or RN Paramedic roles is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Sydney and full working rights in Australia.
