Registered Nurse / Enrolled Nurse - Respiratory and Medical Specialities

About the role

Cabrini Health is looking for a part-time Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse to join its Respiratory and Medical Specialities Ward in Malvern. The ward is a 20-bed unit offering specialised inpatient care for patients with respiratory conditions, infectious diseases and general medical needs. The ideal candidate has acute care experience and a commitment to patient-centred care.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with patients and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Provide patient care that aligns with Cabrini's organisational goals
• Maintain patient privacy, dignity and confidentiality, including the needs of their families
• Work respectfully within the team in line with Cabrini's Mission and Values

Required profile

• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
• At least 3 years' experience in respiratory or medical nursing (essential)
• Commitment to quality patient care and outcomes, and alignment with Cabrini's Mission and Values
• Flexibility, positive attitude and attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills and excellent communication and customer service skills
