Recruitment Advisor

About the role

Westfill Group is expanding its underground mining services and is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to lead blue‑collar hiring across a range of mining trades, operators and technical staff. Based in Bibra Lake, you will partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines that support current and future projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for blue‑collar roles, from advertising to job offer.
• Provide support for white‑collar recruitment as needed.
• Assist with onboarding processes and general HR administration.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract high‑quality candidates in a competitive market.
• Maintain talent pipelines for upcoming project needs.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure best HR practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in blue‑collar and white‑collar recruitment.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and focused on continuous improvement.
• Permanent work rights in Australia (PR or citizen).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
