Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

Join MGM Bulk’s People & Culture team as a Recruitment Specialist, managing end‑to‑end hiring for operational and corporate roles in Bunbury. You will work closely with operational leaders and People & Culture Business Partners to attract and secure talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: advertising, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, reference checks, pre‑employment checks, medicals, contracts and onboarding.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines for key blue‑collar operational positions using platforms, social media, referrals and community networks.
• Provide a positive candidate experience through clear, professional communication throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers and Business Partners to align workforce priorities and support informed hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in approved systems and contribute data for reporting.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, legislation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or workforce attraction.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities, comfortable with recruitment systems and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, administrative accuracy and confidentiality.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach aligned with company values.
• Certificate IV in Human Resources or willingness to obtain it.
• Current driver’s licence is desirable.
