Project Manager – Large Scale Transformation

About the role

PVH is launching a 14‑month transformational program across Australia and New Zealand. As a Project Manager you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of one or more workstreams, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk are tightly controlled.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver assigned project scope within the broader transformation program.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligned to the SI delivery methodology.
• Define and manage milestones, dependencies and critical‑path activities.
• Serve as the primary PVH contact for the System Integrator (SI) PMO, coordinating day‑to‑day delivery and issue resolution.
• Establish project governance, provide regular reporting on progress, risks, issues and financials.
• Manage scope changes, track budget and ensure financial compliance.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with other Project Managers and the PMO to manage cross‑workstream dependencies.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, oversee testing, deployment, cut‑over and hyper‑care activities.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience delivering complex projects within large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Degree in Business, Project Management, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of SI‑led delivery models and enterprise system implementations.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget and risk in complex environments.
