Project Manager – Infrastructure Programs

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a large portfolio of complex infrastructure programs within a client‑side environment. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to influence outcomes across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multi‑disciplinary projects with subject matter experts, client representatives and delivery partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and in line with cost, technical, environmental, operational and social requirements.
• Contribute to design development, procurement, construction and commissioning phases across multiple concurrent projects.
• Support continuous improvement of project and programme management capabilities, systems and processes.
• Identify and implement improvements that benefit individuals, teams or the broader programme.
• Analyse issues and risks to understand causes and assess impact.

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Project Management or a related infrastructure discipline.
• Proven experience as a client‑side or consultant Project Manager with solid understanding of scope, risk, scheduling, cost and construction management.
• Strong communication and reporting skills, able to work across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of various delivery/contractual models and legislative WHS requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.
