Project Manager – Equipment & Service

About the role

Epiroc is seeking a Project Manager to join its Equipment & Service business in Perth. The role supports the RACE organization by leading automation and technology projects that deliver safe, efficient, and customer‑focused solutions for the mining industry.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, optimizing resources and ensuring clear communication.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while complying with contractual and policy requirements.
• Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce project documentation, progress reports, and post‑project evaluations for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to align deliverables with technical specifications and client expectations.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering technology or automation projects, preferably in mining or related sectors.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage customer relationships over the long term.
• Strategic thinking, vision‑driven leadership, and a proactive ownership mindset.

• Understanding of autonomous systems, RCS, or mining technology deployments (desirable).
