Project Manager – Energy Projects

About the role

CB&I Asset Solutions is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale energy asset projects worldwide. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while supporting the company’s commitment to value‑driven asset management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project approval activities, providing cost, schedule, and risk inputs.
• Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to achieve project outcomes.
• Plan, resource, and deliver projects according to agreed timelines and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule expectations.
• Monitor performance across all workstreams and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with project support functions such as planning, cost, and commercial.
• Manage project risks, interfaces, and reporting requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and compliance.
• Contribute to project reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Project Management qualification (or working towards one) is highly regarded.
• Significant experience in the energy sector, including large‑scale FEED studies.
• Proven ability to lead and engage project teams.
• Experience in marine/offshore construction or shipyard environments is preferred.
• Practical understanding of construction‑led planning during the design phase.
